PLEASE NOTE All orders are despatched in a timely manner, however there may be some circumstances where the courier or delivery company fail to complete their delivery in the time expected of them, this is particulary true at busy times of the year. Small orders may be delivered on a Saturday however due to the costs, larger orders will be delivered on the next working day, usually the Mon, unless of course it is a Bank Holiday.
Returns are accepted on the following terms .
We must be notified within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the item If you have ordered an item incorrectly then you will be responsible for the return cost All returned items must be received back in new condition and the outer wrapper on DVDs must be intact. You should contact us first before sending any item back for a refund, items returned without authorisation, damaged or the DVD wrapper removed or opened will not be eligible for a refunded.
