This online service allows you to change an appointment that you have already made for a driving test.

Please note that if you are cancelling the test for a medical reason, then medical evidence needs to be submitted within five working days of the test. This will be assessed for eligibility by the test centre.

If you need to change your exam appointment, you may reschedule to another date and/or location within the same testing window without incurring an additional charge. You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your original appointment by contacting Pearson VUE. Keep in mind that appointments do fill up quickly and a reschedule can only be completed if there is an appointment available at your requested time/location.
Can I change my exam appointment to another time/location within the same exam window?

To defer your test/change your venue:
Please note that from 5 October we will be reinstating deferral fees. You will only be deferred for free if one of the following cases apply:
1. Your test has been cancelled;
2. There are travel restrictions that prevent you from travelling to take your test; or
3. You have tested positive to a Covid-19 test.

If you want to change your exam site, you must complete the Change Date/Site Form. There may be a fee to change your exam site. We will contact you if we cannot change your site.
If you move, you must give us your new address in writing. Use the Change of Information Form. Be sure to tell us when the change takes place. We will mail your exam package and your results to the address we have in our files.
