You can only reschedule or cancel by one of the methods below:
This online service allows you to change an appointment that you have already made for a driving test.
Our website and online services are designed to respect Web standards. They are generally accessible using the most common Web browsers. However, their appearance may differ from one browser to another. For the best experience, we recommend that you use a recent browser.
Please note that if you are cancelling the test for a medical reason, then medical evidence needs to be submitted within five working days of the test. This will be assessed for eligibility by the test centre.
Please note: This is the policy for IELTS (Academic and General Training), you can find the UKVI cancellation and refund policy here.
If you need to change your exam appointment, you may reschedule to another date and/or location within the same testing window without incurring an additional charge. You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your original appointment by contacting Pearson VUE. Keep in mind that appointments do fill up quickly and a reschedule can only be completed if there is an appointment available at your requested time/location.
Can I change my exam appointment to another time/location within the same exam window?
